The hotel staff were very customer-oriented and quickly resolved an issue with our room reservation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beach wing offered easy access to the outdoor pool. The breakfast had a diverse selection of Asian and continental food, and there was a brand new shopping mall across the street.
Garbage truck noise and late-night smokers disturbed the peace between 12 am and 3 am.

The hotel is in a peaceful area of Hua Hin but still close to everything.
Just opposite the hotel, there is a department store, making it convenient for shopping.
The hotel facilities are excellent, including a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym.
The staff at the hotel were very attentive and accommodating.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always providing excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had direct entry into the plunge pool. The breakfast spread was great with a high quality of food. The hotel had beautiful pools that led straight to the beach. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall just across the entrance and the beach just a short walk away.

I really enjoyed the homemade yogurt and bircher muesli for breakfast. The beach was one of the best in this city. The hotel's location next to a shopping mall was very convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
